The attack on the Kerch Bridge started a new and probably globally dangerous phase.
But you could argue that Russia shouldn't have invaded Ukraine in the first place.
Yes, but all that Russia did was implement the same R2P that NATO did in Libya and Syria. But with a massive difference.
In Libya and Syria NATO created, funded and armed cutthroat Jihadis to overthrow the governments there, and when those governments began to respond by attacking NATO's cutthroat Jihadis NATO cited their responsibility to protect their cutthroat Jihadis (who they called 'freedom fighters').
In Ukraine NATO ran a coup in 2014 in Maidan Square in Kiev. NATO hired some merceranry snipers from Georgia who killed dozens in Maidan. This provoked a revolution against the pro-Russia government who were chased out and replaced by NATO Nazis. These NATO Nazis then started a civil war on the ethnic Russians in east Ukraine. During that war MH17 was shot down. The war was supposed to end with the Minsk accords. Zelensky promised Ukraine that he would end the war and implement Minsk II, but he immediately reneged on that promise and instead escalated the war after NATO told him that if he could entice Russia into invading Ukraine then Ukraine would be admitted into NATO. Russia was thus provoked into invading east Ukraine with a R2P ethnic Russians from NATO Nazis.
But this latest lobbing missiles at Kiev is not good.
