Just after the Canadian Parliament and Zelensky applauded a bona fide Nazi, thereby giving Russia a massive propaganda coup, Russia decides to bomb a cafe and grocery store where a memorial was being held, killing 50 civilians allegedly, AND just when Zelensky was meeting European leaders to discuss Ukraine joining the EU, with war fatigue in NATO setting in?
