So they knew about Abaaoud. They knew about Abdeslam.

And yet the terror attacks went ahead.

And the major one, in Paris, which was run by Abaaoud, persuaded an initially sceptical political class in France and the UK into supporting bombing Syria.

I call it Operation Jihadio (after NATO's Operation Gladio in case you haven't worked it out).
