For waking them up, them not thanking you for alerting them to the evil, asking them for their help in defeating that evil and refusing, and then having to be dragged kicking and screaming into helping to save themselves from pure evil, the Bolton Monarchy charge the cost of those reports and the right to spy on you?
Sounds like a fair deal to me!!
