THE LOGIC OF THE BOLTON MONARCHY

I have just realised the logic of the Bolton Monarchy:

If you refuse to offer to help you may therefore not destroy reports but instead use them for your Randy selfish gain.

(And again, by Randy I really do mean the Ayn Rand Cult of Selfish)

I really do not understand them. They could avoid all this by destroying them, as requested, and then re-discover the information by purchasing from the let-down Icke or Neo-Confederate Jones.
