Sorry to hear this. Yes, niceness is not rewarded. A friend's very nice daughter died much too early from cancer. Yet Kissinger still roams the earth.

Eldest broke her collarbone today. Climbing over a stair gate because she "didn't want to open it incase Ophi tried to go upstairs". Not fair that niceness is punished, but there is a plan in there, I believe that.
