But in reality it's because that white Christian bitch Thatcher sold off our water in 1989, reservoirs sold and profits have not been invested in infrastructure instead going in to the pockets of Tories and their white male Christian Zionist City of London mates. And yes there is an increase in demand because the Tories have been in power since 2010 and have done very little to stop immigration.

So as usual, blame the Tories (who have been in power since 2010).
