GARTH CLAIMS HIS WALKS KEEP HIM SANE. SO WHY DOES HE DRIVE FOR 5 HOURS AT A TIME?

He has recently been driving up to deepest, darkest North Yorkshire, which is over a 5 hour return drive from Derby.

There is much more to this claim that he is not saying.

My walks keep me sane (though some may suggest they aren't working).

This one was an explore around Wirksworth in Derbyshire.
