WRONG! NASA TREATS THE SUN AS A CONSTANT. SO WHY DOES THE CLIMATE CHANGE?

The movement of the tectonic plates.

This movement creates new continents and new boundary conditions for the oceans to distribute the energy from the sun. In some configurations of the continents the sun's energy is barely distributed (snowball climate), while in other configurations the sun's energy is distributed more evenly (greenhouse climate).
