Except to the coppers, remember 1984. You battered those miners in dark alleyways. They knew we had 200 years of fuel independence with top quality coal, and they got battered.
And what do you get now? Your own financial kick in the teeth. Just like the rest of us.
First they came for the miners, but I wasn't a miner so I didn't speak up.
Then they came for the teachers, but I wasn't a teacher so I didn't speak up.
Then they came for us coppers, but by then there was noone left to speak up for me, because everyone was so bloody demoralised by our fanatical bullying and harrassment.
