IS THIS WHY THE POST MORTEM ON LITVINENKO HAS NOT BEEN RELEASED?

As Litvinenko lay dying three objects of "dense matter" were reported in Litvinenko's colon or small bowel.

Medical staff have not been able to ascertain what they are, but an additional x-ray ordered yesterday afternoon revealed one was the size of a 2 pence piece, the other was shaped like a figure 8, and the third larger still.
