WHERE DO YOU NEED TO STAND SO THAT THE LONDON EYE SITS ON TOP OF THE SHARD?

I commented a week or so ago, when The Shard was officially opened to the music of The Firebird by Igor Stravinsky which is actually about a phoenix, that The Shard looked like a pyramid waiting for someone or something to plonk an eye on top of it.

Well, what if the eye was already there, and had been for years?

What if that eye is the London Eye?

And if so, then where do you need to stand so that the London Eye apparently sits on top of The Shard?

Perhaps this is just a coincidence, or maybe not, but The Shard, The London Eye and Buckingham Palace lie almost in a straight line, and a 360 degree view from the Shard (but I don't know exactly where on The Shard the view was taken) puts Buckingham Palace almost in The London Eye.

In other words, if you look out of the window of Buckingham Palace, or perhaps on top of the fountain outside or somewhere in one of the parks close by, does The London Eye sit on top of The Shard?
