D3 is the witness who will give an anonymous statement that he was asked by Kovtun if he knew of a cook in London because he Kovtun wanted some poison sprinkling on some food to be consumed by a traitor to Russia. C2 is the cook D3 mentioned to Kovtun, and he will also give an anonymous statement.

But get this: although Russia produces virtually all known Polonium 210, guess who buys it? THE USA!!!! The Polonium 210 found in Litvinenko was pure, so it is impossible to identify its source. But if so then why did Emmerson say this:

The only producer of polonium in Russia is the federal atomic agency, Rosatom. We know that polonium 210 is produced at Avangard, a nuclear laboratory that is owned by Rosatom. And we know that Avangard is the only facility in Russia that produces polonium-210.

If Emmerson knows the source cannot be traced because the Polonium 210 was pure then why is he mentioning Avangard?

And did Emmerson also mention who buys most of the Polonium 210?
