ON THE PROOF THAT RUSSIA KILLED LITVINENKO

In the last 24 hours some parts of the NATO media are buzzing with the story that there is proof that Russia killed Litvinenko. This 'proof' consists of alleged intercepts, recorded by the NSA, of communications between the suspects in London and their handlers in Moscow.

But apparently this 'proof' is inadmissible in court!!!

A source familiar with the investigation confirmed the existence of American “intelligence material”. They said it would have been “inadmissible” in court, but that the British authorities were “confident that this was a state execution”.

And this 'proof' is that solid that we won't be able to hear it, because even though the inquiry into Litvinenko's death is supposed to be public, most of it is going to be heard in secret!! And it is at one of those many secret sessions that this tape may, repeat may, be played.

So let's recap:
1. secret tapes allegedly exist that prove that Moscow killed Litvinenko;
2. but they cannot be trusted enough to be used as evidence in a court of law;
3. but they may be played in a closed session to an inquiry which is supposed to be public but is for all intents and purposes secret.

But haven't we heard of this kind of thing before?

Oh yeah. That's it. The USA says it has data from 'sensors' which it says shows MH17 was shot down from somewhere around Shnizhne but will not release that data, instead issuing a simple image of a white line and a yellow arc meeting somewhere over Shnizhne. And this contradicts evidence presented by the Ukraine Security Service which they say proves 100% beyond doubt that MH17 was shot down by Cossacks at Chernukino!!

Stop arsing about.

Release these NSA/Litvinenko tapes.

Release the MH17 data.

Simples!!
