The alphabet agencies are putting it out in plain sight, aren't they, by rebranding Google as Alphabet?
Google is CIA and NSA through and through, right from the start.
Search engines are ideal for intelligence gathering and controlling information flow.
Searches basically tell the intel agencies what we are interested in, and then the intel agencies can decide what results we can read, i.e. control information flow by placing the information they want us to read at the top of any searches.
