IVANKA TRUMP KINDA LIED AT THE REPUBLICAN CONVENTION

Not content with publishing photos of a nude Melania Trump on the front page of his New York Post in order to attract support for Trump, Rupert Murdoch is now pushing the beauty of Ivanka Trump as a reason to vote for Trump.

A fawning article on Fox News on Ivanka flogs her as a great representative and spokesperson for Trump, someone who can connect with women.

Ivanka Trump's convention address in Cleveland was a clear message to independents and especially female voters as she touted her father’s record on hiring women, favoring quality over quotas and embracing talent.

“My father values talent. He recognizes real knowledge and skill when he finds it. He is color blind and gender neutral. He hires the best person for the job, period,” she told the audience at Quicken Loans Arena.

But there's a few problems:
1. Ivanka Trump's business empire is built on cheap foreign sweatshop labour;
2. Ivanka kinda lied in that speech quoted above, because Trump uses cheap seasonal foreign labour at Mar-a-Lago when he could very easily employ local 'Murican labour, so he probably doesn't always "hire the best person for the job".

I wonder if she has learned this alleged superb sense of fairness and integrity in business and out?

Is she copying her father in using cheap foreign sweatshop labour? Or is he copying her? Who outsourced their jobs to China, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Honduras first: Donald, or Ivanka?

And in shipping their jobs to China and elsewhere, does Ivanka's statement above imply that Donald thinks that the Chinese, Bangladeshis, the Vietnamese, the Hondurans are better workers than 'Muricans? Or is it just that the Trumps can pay them so much less than they can 'Muricans and thus make a sweeter profit?

And what plans have the Trumps made to bring all those sweatshop jobs back to 'Murica? Does it involve union-busting legislation and shitting all over worker's rights?

Shame that Fox News doesn't ask these questions, and push the Trumps to answer them (sigh).
