The top rate of personal income tax in the USA is currently 39.6%, and varies on your status, but for a single person is 39.6% on anything greater than or equal to $415051. Trump will lower that to 33%, but did not state any income levels. Assuming that the single person level remains at $415051, under Trump that person would save $27363 per year.
Now, do you think that person would go abroad for a nice holiday with that? Spend that money outside of the USA? Maybe even buy another villa in Mexico, or Hawaii?
Trump's economic team are generally bankers, and only one has some kind of industrial experience, and that was in steel.
But on the speech itself, here is where Trump owes America a massive, massive apology:

But The Joker supported the wars on Iraq and Libya before and as they started, and he wants to do the same as Clinton does in Syria, which is remove Assad. So WTF is he on about there?

So Trump owes the American people a massive, massive apology for using cheap foreign sweatshop labour for well over a decade. But in particular for his daughter Ivanka, whose business empire is built overwhelmingly on the broken backs of cheap Chinese sweatshop labour. The two of them should now provide details of their current supply chains, and plans to bring those jobs back to America.
And Stone owes us all a massive, massive apology for scuttling Spitzer's investigation into Wall Street, because Spitzer could have exposed Wall Street before the crash and saved us all from global austerity.
