Looks like Trump is looking to enable massive fracking and coal extraction to finance rebuilding the infrastructure and military.
Problem is that the military does not need rebuilding. Its annual budget is bigger than the sum of the next eight largest budgets, and four times that of the second largest military budget, which is China's.
And fracking destroys the water system.
So I would not frack and not build up the military.
The last thing the world needs now is an even bigger and more powerful US military.
But the USA does need its infrastructure rebuilding.
And as for energy, nuclear fusion is the way.
