Public-Private-Partnership.
Sure, you get your schools, hospitals, roads, railroads, airports, etc.
And sure, it generates jobs.
But after a few years the bills start to not get paid, and the public gets saddled with the debt while the private sector makes a nice profit.
And this is on top of the replacement to ObamaCare (whatever it will be, but probably something similar).
To launch our national rebuilding, I will be asking the Congress to approve legislation that produces a $1 trillion investment in the infrastructure of the United States — financed through both public and private capital –- creating millions of new jobs.
Tarpley is right. Wall Street Sales Tax will do the job no problem.
