Although Trump himself has not been invited (according to the list), his administration and advisory team have!!

And he may well put in a sneaky appearance because the venue is just down the road from DC.

But if Bomber Trump really was draining the swamp then he should sack the following immediately for attending this year (or was he hoping we wouldn't notice?):
