Probably not a smart move for Bomber Drumpf. Yes, the Stars and Stripes are red, white and blue. But so is the flag of Russia.

In fact, lots of national flags are red, white and blue.

Anyway, it's $4 billion on something really, really pointless when that $4 billion could be spent on re-investigating 9/11, or Gaza, or Yemen, etc.
