1. while virtually everything else has been agreed, citizens rights have not been agreed;
2. the UK is not giving EU citizens in the UK rights to stay and work in the UK, even though those EU citizens have lived and worked in the UK for decades, paid their taxes and produced jobs for UK citizens;
3. the EU will reciprocate;
4. effect is deportation of possibly millions both ways.
