Alexander Nix founded Cambridge Analytica which had AggregateIQ as a de facto subsidiary. Dominic Cummings used AggregateIQ to swing the EU referendum to a Brexit.
Cummings married into the British establishment family, Barings. Before the Rothschilds it was the Barings.
Now get this : the Nix and Barings go back all the way to when Barings were running the British Empah!
And Alexander started off working for Barings!
