Garth has just referenced Watson on daddy Dave's website regarding a new 500 megapixel camera developed by China. It is possible that Watson's U S Military Intelligence handler(s) wrote the article, which is based on an Australian report which is linked to.
Have no doubt: U S Military Intelligence would love such a camera, if they don't already.
And would use it for the same purpose(s) as is suggested in the article.
