Poch took Spurs from the bottom to the Champions League final on a shoe string budget. Moan-inho bought Pogba for £90 million and bought several others for a small fortune (though not as much as Scoop's wages from U S Military Intelligence) and won the EFL cup and Europa League. And Spurs may not have the money that Moan-inho wants.
