Although he didn't tweet during the 10 days of darkness (1st - 10th April inclusive), since 10th April he has tweeted 5 times, the latest 10 hours ago. And nothing about being arrested, or bail, or anything else possiby related.
You'd think Podesta would have been arrested and denied bail if all the accusations were true...
