McAtee ran his own BBQ stall, and is reported to have sometimes fed the local police FOR FREE.
He was shot dead by police on Sunday night at his stall.
Two security cameras show McAtee and a few others at his stand in what could be his front garden. He is cooking food on one of three barbecues. Police show up and walk towards the stand. The people at the stand then rush indoors and close the door behind them. McAtee is holding a pair of tongues he's using to cook. He then partially opens the door to look out and see what's happening. He is then shot in the chest and falls on the floor inside the door.
The police say he shot first.
Some say he shot into the air.
His friends and family say he woud never shoot at the police.
And as yet no weapon has been reported as found at the scene.
