Then why is he gloating that someone who pulled down a statue of the President of the Confederacy is now in a coma after the statue fell on him?

You'd think that someone, like Derek, who claims to be all about privacy, freedom, truth and justice would celebrate the downfall of a statue of the treasonous President who ruled over a treasonous union that went to war to defend negro slavery. But apparently not.
