It was always going to be close. The trick was going to be how to persuade approximately 1% in the middle to vote to leave. Cambridge Analytica did their bit. And then there were blatant lies like this.
If there is no deal remember that Johnson's backers are disaster capitalists and have billions bet on making a killing out of the subsequent chaos.
