In response to the report in The Daily Mail to Johnson locking down the UK:
As a voluntary Covid marshal I welcome this, me and my group of 20 voluntary patrollers will start our shift this evening. ANYONE caught flouting the rules WE WILL make citizens arrest and physically detain or use reasonable force to pin you to the ground until the police arrive. We have been given the grounds to make peaceful entry to any premises we believe are going against the rules. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Your selfish behaviour is no excuse for this deadly virus!!!!
