Fernandes wasn't the dynamite he usually is. All he had to do was lift the ball off the ground by a few inches and it was a goal. But I can understand his anger at being subbed: Rashford should have been replaced by Greenwood.
And all Pogba had to do was smash it a few inches either side of Alisson, but Pogba smashed it straight at Alisson.
Usually a point from Anfield is welcome.
But should have started with Cavani not Martial, and replaced Rashford with Greenwood, perhaps 10 minutes earlier.
But a point at Anfield can't be that bad.
But still, the 3 points were there for the taking.
As soon as I saw the starting line up I knew MUFC would not win. Martial is not a lead striker. He is a very good attacking forward, a supporting striker. Cavani is the lead striker. The attack should be developed around him, with Greenwood his protege.
