The British government led Operation Gygnus in 2016 to investigate how the UK and the NHS would cope with a pandemic. They didn't learn any lessons. They continued to slash, and services and nurses cut. So when rona struck? One of the worst death rates in the world. And it's going to get worse as non-covid deaths but due to rona coz of cancelled ops etc accumuulate.
