I watched the march on t'interweb. For over 2 hours. The marchers were peaceful, respectful, and were given much support by car drivers, truck drivers and bus drivers honking their horns.
From what I observed the police tried to provoke a few minor skirmishes by arresting a handful for minor offences, hoping that those minor skirmishes would escalate, which didn't.
And Brexiters note : The Daily Mail is overwhelmingly pro-Brexit. So if they are lying about today's march then are they also lying about Brexit?
