For months the UK gubmint has been saying vaccine passports are not being considered. Johnson's vaccine minister just t'other day said they are not being considered. But then today Johnson appears to have unilaterally decided that they are coming, but not until August.
He says at first just for pubs. But once they've been introduced then they'll be used for everything: sports; offices; just to go for a walk in the park (but only with at least 1 mask, of course).
