I had some scandalous smoked Gouda last night. But in the end, cheese is cheese. From Cheshire to Wensleydale to Lancashire to Gouda to Mozzarella. Is there a Patron Saint of Cheese? Apparently Saint Lucio and Saint Ugozo.
