You see, a court awarded his ex-wife Kelly primary custody of the children that Alex and Kelly had.

But Alex has never accepted this jury decision. NEVER!

So he funds petty litigation after petty litigation after petty litigation, trying in vain to overturn that jury decision.

All that litigation must have cost tens of millions of dollars.
