MEMBER OF WELSH SENEDD WHO CLAIMED I T PROBLEM STOPPED HIM VOTING AGAINST VACCINE PASSPORTS HAD OPPORTUNITY TO VOTE OVER THE PHONE

So he was at the Tory Party Conference. He was supposed to vote in the debate on vaccine passports in Wales, but he failed to vote. He claimed I T problems stopped him from voting. Turns out, as a Tory, HE LIED! He had plenty of opportunity to vote over the phone and through other channels. But he didn't!

So why didn't he vote? Why did he lie?

I think the answer lies in where he was at that crucial time: The Tory Party Conference.

I reckon he got a call or a quiet whisper in his ear from the party hierarchy, which went something like this: "Look, Gareth. Boris says he would appreciate it if you were able somehow to get vaccine passports introduced in Wales because it would make his job so much easier to do the same in England. See what you can do, Gareth. Boris will be watching..."
