In March 2011 at UNSC China and Russia abstain on vote for war on Libya, thus greenlighting war on Libya and the resulting illegal immigration from North Africa.
In June 2011 China attends Bilderberg for the first time.
In October 2011 war on Libya ends with the alleged murder of Gadaffi, and the focus shifts to Syria.
In June 2012 China again attends Bilderberg.
The City of London Corporation Renminbi initiative was launched in 2012.
China has not attended Bilderberg since.
