The war on Syria was planned decades before it started, and is one of seven planned for after 9/11, with 9/11 being the casus belli even though the seven countries had nothing to do with 9/11.
The war on Syria still continues: Turkey is about to invade, having allowed Islamic State terrorists to walk into Syria; Israel continues to bomb Syria; and the USA continues to steal Syrian oil.
