The Tories have now been in power for 13 years. They want American-style private health and employment, where you get very little time off work, and when you're ill you cannot afford treatment and die. The Tories are not your friends.
The NHS has the lowest funding in 40 years, the lowest number of beds per patients ever, the lowest number of doctors per patient, the lowest number of nurses per patient and the most patients ever.
