A former work colleague of mine in Austria died shortly after his 2nd Pfizer shot in 2021. Everyone in the office but me took the shots. Several colleagues were off sick after their 1st shot, one for 2 days on what he described as his death bed. But sadly the 2nd shot killed another colleague, who just dropped dead in the office.
EU were informed by big pharma there would be serious adverse events in the first 14 days

So EU chose not to record adverse events within first 14 days.
Problem solved.
