NATO INTERCEPTS RUSSIAN WARPLANES. OR DID THEY?

The NATO media is reporting that NATO intercepted Russian warplanes flying over Europe with the implication that Russia was going to bomb us to death but the White Knights of NATO came to our rescue. Their wording is usually loaded with menace. But surprisingly it is The Guardian that is reporting this story with the least hysteria.

The spokesman said there was no particular reason for concern over Russian warplanes exercising their right to fly in international air space but that such sorties were shadowed by Nato aircraft as a precaution and to protect civil air traffic.

So Russia had not invaded NATO airspace, as implied by the reports, but was instead flying in international airspace but a little further South than usual, and NATO did not intercept but merely shadowed the planes.

Phew!! World War 3 averted by NATO, who support neo-Nazis in Ukraine and international cutthroat Jihadis in Syria.

So what provoked this media hysteria?
