THE SUN CALLS DAVID ICKE AN ODDBALL BUT IT COULD HAVE BEEN MUCH MUCH WORSE

The Sun has had a dig at David Icke, calling him an oddball, as it reports on Icke's attempt to create a new media channel.
FORGET ITV, David Icke is trying to set up ICKE TV – a channel devoted to conspiracy theories.

The oddball — who once said the country is run by LIZARDS — wants to raise £100,000 to launch a free global internet, TV and radio station, broadcasting opinions “the mainstream media won’t touch”.

The station would feature shows from around the globe and phone-ins for fellow conspiracy theorists.

I believe that the Woolwich Hoax was pushed to sabotage this attempt of Icke. Yesterday The Daily Mail called the original hoax video, which was created by students at London Metropolitan University, 'sickening'. But this video was then taken up by some conspiracy websites and embellished with doctored photographs and deliberate misinterpretations, so that it was being suggested that the whole barbaric event was actually a film location and everyone involved, from Rigby to the Police, were actors.

I think that someone was hoping that several media outlets would be able to label Icke as more than just an oddball by associating him with the 'sickening' Woolwich Hoax theory, lights, camera and action and all, such that names like 'sicko' could have been applied.

But it wasn't to be.
