Stefan Molyneux believes that al Qaeda did 9/11 without any help from any government.
In the video below, Molyneux quotes a letter allegedly written by Osama bin Laden claiming responsibility for 9/11. The letter is entitled Letter to America. However there are a couple of things about this:
1. it was published on 26th October 2002 on Waaqiah, and republished in English by The Guardian on 24th November 2002, almost a year after bin Laden had died;
2. it is a letter, not a video, so we have no way of knowing who wrote it or sent it.
However, shortly after 9/11 Osama bin Laden made several claims during September 2001 that he was not responsible for 9/11, and asked Americans to seek the perpetrators inside America, specifically mentioning Jews. It must be remembered that Colin Powell stated that a comprehensive dossier would be produced proving bin Laden's guilt. But no such document was produced. The British government tried to produce one but quietly admitted that no evidence they had produced would stand up in court. And it was around late 2001 that videos of fat bin Ladens's claiming responsibility were being shown. Bin Laden was on his death bed in July 2001, suffering from Marfan Syndrome.
Also in the video below, Molyneux suggests/hints that we should excuse the Zionists for what they have done to the Palestinians because of what the Nazis did to the Jews (however, Molyneux the 'historian' does not mention that the Nazis and the Zionists collaborated, or that it was the Zionist Warburgs who crushed any opposition to the Nazis). He also suggests that the Palestinians are irrational in their response to the Zionists terrorising them out of their houses and off their farms into squalid refugee camps.
