Kelly won a jury decision that she has primary custody of their children. But Alex has ignored the jury decision, and constantly files motions and litigates which is draining her of her finances (after Alex and his parents defrauded her of a business). And Alex has hired creeps to spy on and stalk her. The judge in the case is not doing anything about this.
Kelly is now suing Alex.
And on Friday the judge in the child custody case actually physically assaulted Kelly! IN THE COURT HOUSE!!
