Besides allowing all the PNAC wars (including ordering his puppet Medvedev to abstain on the UN vote on war on Libya), besides allowing Israel to do anything it wanted in Syria, besides only giving Syria the S300 a few months ago and not in 2015 or earlier, and besides at Helsinki agreeing with Donald "nobody loves Israel more than me" Trump to guarantee the security of Israel when even the spider in my bathroom knows Israel did 9/11 and Israel's founders financed the Bolsheviks and their mass genocide of Christians.
Not even an immediate $10 million with a promise of more. Much, much more.
Putin just lets Israel literally get away with murder.
