The last few years have been about guaranteeing the rise of China for The City of London. And it all started at Bilderberg 2011 and 2012 when China attended. One of those Chinese attendees had been the China Ambasssador to the UK the previous few years. President Xi toasted Queen Elizabeth at the success of the City of London Renminbi Initiative in 2015.
