It means that the UK knows the climate fearmongering is a load of rubbish.
But they want you terrified but also allowing China to base their energy supply on fossil fuels while the USA and EU base their energy supply on unreliable wind.
The main driver of climate is the sun together with the movement of the tectonic plates. The movement of the plates creates different currents in the oceans which distribute the energy of the sun the earth receives.
There are 2 climates : icehouse and greenhouse.
As the plates come together to form supercontinents the climate becomes icehouse.
As the plates disperse the climate becomes greenhouse.
It takes about 400 million years for a supercontinent cycle, yet we're being terrified into believing that this is now occuring over 40 years.
