Dogger has refused to hand over all his communications to the Covid Inquiry.
He was supposed to hand some over at 1600 yesterday. But he failed.
Instead the media is obsessed over a sex scandal involving a BBC employee.
And his latest child is also all over the newspapers. Frank Alfred Odysseus was born on 5th July.
Some would call this a conspiracy.
