Remember a week or so ago when Jaymie Icke posted his diet on X, just as aid organisations declared famine in Gaza? And in that diet was salmon?
Salmonella is fun...The only positive I'll say is its a good diet before my holiday next week. 3 days in so far. Hoping we're over the worst of it.
